Procurement Analyst (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to support the CIO Business Management team. The role is fully remote within Mexico and focuses on managing expense requests, coordinating contract workflows and ensuring smooth financial operations across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Process and monitor expense requests throughout the approval lifecycle.
• Partner with Project Managers to collect required documentation for financial requests.
• Submit expense requests in the appropriate systems with accurate supporting data.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Contracts and Legal teams to facilitate timely contract reviews, approvals and execution.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for the CIO Funding team on funding processes and contract‑related activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal financial stewards and cross‑functional teams.
• Track, monitor and communicate the status of financial requests and contracts to stakeholders.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of overall professional experience.
• 2‑5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, finance, vendor management or supply chain.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and organizational abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, data analysis functions).
• Experience with procurement or ERP systems such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, Oracle or ServiceNow.
