Procurement Buyer Analyst – Hybrid (Avionics)

About the role

Collins Aerospace is looking for a Procurement Buyer Analyst to support its avionics business in MEXICALI. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and focuses on managing electronic commodity purchases, ensuring timely delivery, and driving cost‑effective solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and issue RFPs, prepare negotiation strategies, and perform cost analyses.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding order status, changes, or cancellations to maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Create purchase orders, approve payments, and negotiate pricing under general guidance.
• Coordinate with suppliers to schedule or expedite deliveries and resolve shortages or delays.
• Manage the full supplier relationship for assigned commodities, overseeing schedules and purchase orders.
• Communicate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders in English, handling negotiations, meetings, and documentation.

Required profile

• University degree (any field) with less than 2 years of relevant procurement experience.
• Advanced to fluent English proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under general guidance.
