Procurement Manager

About the role

CoinFlip is looking for a Procurement Manager to shape and execute cost‑effective sourcing strategies across its global operations. You will partner with internal teams and external vendors to ensure a reliable supply of goods and services while driving savings.

Key responsibilities

• Develop inventive, cost‑efficient procurement strategies.
• Identify, evaluate, and engage reliable suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate contracts and terms to secure advantageous agreements.
• Review existing contracts for ongoing feasibility and compliance.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with key suppliers.
• Approve purchase orders and coordinate delivery of goods and services.
• Conduct risk assessments on potential contracts.
• Manage the procurement budget and promote long‑term cost savings.
• Oversee IT systems tracking shipments, inventory, and supply flow.
• Prepare regular procurement performance reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing supply‑chain or procurement operations.
• Strong contract preparation, review, and negotiation expertise.
• Effective leadership and multi‑tasking abilities.
• Excellent time‑management and organizational skills.
