Procurement Manager Specialist – Indirect Services

About the role

The Procurement Manager Specialist – Indirect Services will lead the sourcing and management of non‑production categories such as transportation, recruitment and other general services. You will ensure that all procurement activities align with LEGO Group’s global policies and deliver value across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing plans for indirect categories, aligning with corporate objectives and managing high‑risk, high‑spend supplier relationships.
• Design strategic sourcing initiatives by analysing market trends and supplier capabilities to optimise value and reduce risk.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with key suppliers, driving continuous improvement through performance reviews and development programs.
• Lead complex negotiations, manage the full contract lifecycle and secure optimal terms while mitigating risk.
• Identify supply‑chain risks, create contingency plans and ensure operational resilience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to align procurement strategies with business goals and monitor progress via KPIs.

Required profile

• Industrial Engineering, International Commerce degree or equivalent.
• Significant experience in procurement processes for indirect categories.
• Understanding of supply‑chain dynamics within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• APICS certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with SAP (Coupa experience is a plus).
