Product Designer – Wallet

About the role

Félix is looking for a Product Designer to own the Wallet experience – a regulated financial product that lives primarily inside a WhatsApp conversation and will later expand to native iOS and Android apps. You will work closely with the Wallet Product Manager and the Head of Product Design to shape how users fund, view balances, store value and review transaction history.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Wallet flows including funding, balance display, stored value, withdrawals and transaction history.
• Collaborate daily with the Wallet PM, product engineers and other designers to define requirements and meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct user research, prototype concepts and iterate based on feedback.
• Translate complex financial regulations into clear, trustworthy UI within a chat‑based interface.
• Help define the future native mobile experience as the product expands beyond WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Hands‑on designer comfortable with research, rapid prototyping and presenting concepts.
• Strong appetite for feedback and ability to balance usability with creative risk‑taking.
• Passion for building trustworthy fintech experiences that serve an underserved community.
