Product Designer: Wallet

About the role

Félix is looking for a hands‑on Product Designer to own the Wallet experience – a regulated financial product that lives primarily inside a WhatsApp conversation. You will shape how users fund, view balances, withdraw, and track transactions, while also helping define the future native mobile experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end Wallet flows, including funding, balance display, stored value, transaction history and withdrawals.
• Collaborate directly with the Wallet Product Manager to set priorities and meet delivery deadlines.
• Conduct user research, prototype concepts, and iterate based on feedback from users and cross‑functional partners.
• Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are feasible within the chat‑based UI constraints.
• Help define the visual and interaction language as the Wallet expands to iOS and Android.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience designing complex, data‑rich financial interfaces.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, hyper‑growth environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; open to feedback and iterative improvement.
• Ability to balance usability with creative risk‑taking.
