About the role
We are seeking a Product Experience & Design Manager (IC) to join Mastercard’s Global SME CX&D Squad. In this role you will shape next‑generation, AI‑driven user experiences for small‑medium business solutions, collaborating with cross‑functional partners to turn insights into intuitive products.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver agentic, AI‑assisted experiences that help users achieve outcomes.
- Lead the creation and evolution of design systems and component libraries.
- Integrate behavioral science, data, and technology into conceptual designs.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to iterate prototypes and validate solutions.
- Drive adoption of Mastercard’s SME product portfolio across global markets.
Required profile
- Proven experience in product experience and design leadership.
- Strong product thinking combined with hands‑on design craftsmanship.
- Fluency in emerging AI‑driven workflows and user‑centric design approaches.
- Passion for building design systems and working in Figma.
