Product Lead (LATAM)

About the role

Clara is the leading Latin American platform for executing and managing payment operations, with more than 50,000 businesses using its corporate cards, bill pay, financing and B2B payments. As a Product Lead you own the product direction of a small, autonomous squad: you decide what to build, why it matters and whether it worked, and you are accountable for business outcomes, not just features shipped.

The role is hybrid, with time split between the office, customers and home, and no fixed minimum number of office days.

Required profile

• 5+ years in product management, product engineering, product design or a hybrid building role
• Track record of shipping products that moved business metrics
• Experience working directly with engineers as peers and having built something in production yourself
• Strong discovery skills, data literacy (SQL, dashboards, experiment design) and clear written communication
• Stakeholder management across engineering, design, sales and leadership
• Nice to have: CS, engineering or technical degree; experience building AI-powered products, fintech, enterprise or high-growth startup environments

Required skills

• Prototyping working concepts with AI coding tools such as Cursor or Claude Code
• Git: cloning repos, branching, committing, reading diffs and PRs
• Understanding of system architecture and data flow
