Production Manager – Manufacturing Operations

About the role

The Production Manager will lead end‑to‑end manufacturing operations at Coca‑Cola's Concentrate Plant, ensuring safe, reliable and efficient production that meets volume, quality and service commitments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute the monthly manufacturing plan while maintaining safety, quality and service targets.
• Lead compliance with KORE standards, GMP, food‑safety requirements and certifications such as ISO and Kosher.
• Monitor real‑time process performance using OEE, loss analysis and Tier indicators; apply root‑cause problem‑solving to close gaps.
• Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, drive capital projects, capacity initiatives and technology upgrades.
• Oversee inventory management, WM/RF systems, material receipt, storage and movement to minimise loss.
• Ensure on‑time, in‑full delivery of concentrate and beverage base kits and execute Business Continuity Plan actions.
• Maintain material master data accuracy and support new‑product launch readiness with R&D and business units.
• Manage operating budgets, reduce scrap, improve productivity and partner on capital project design with Engineering and Finance.
• Develop and inspire manufacturing teams through performance enablement, recognition programs and Operational Excellence methodologies.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading manufacturing operations in a food‑beverage or similar environment.
• Strong knowledge of KORE standards, GMP, ISO and Kosher certification requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, capital projects and inventory systems.
• Leadership skills to develop teams and drive continuous improvement.
