Production Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator to join our manufacturing floor. In this entry‑level position you will support the assembly of electronic and mechanical components, working from technical diagrams and under close supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Perform repetitive and non‑repetitive assembly tasks on modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames and cables.
• Interpret diagrams and drawings to create initial layouts and set up workstations.
• Use hand tools, power tools, jigs and saws to cut, shape and assemble parts.
• Conduct continuity checks on work‑in‑process and finished items.
• Carry out quality inspections according to defined specifications.
• Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble and test experimental or prototype assemblies under simulated conditions.

Required profile

• Little or no prior experience; typically less than one year in a similar role.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work under close supervision.
• Basic understanding of mechanical and electronic components.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
• Experience using jigs and saws.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and drawings.
• Perform continuity testing and basic quality inspections.
