Production Operator – Shift Availability Required

About the role

We are seeking a Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Mexico. The role involves working on shift schedules to support the production of climate‑technology components for HVACR and cold‑chain solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and assembly lines according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor product quality and report any deviations.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety guidelines.
• Assist with material handling, loading, and unloading of components.
• Collaborate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Required profile

• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Prior experience in a maquiladora or similar manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills.

Required skills

• Operation of production machinery.
• Understanding of safety and quality standards.
