Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner will be responsible for planning, developing and stabilising production across all work departments. The role ensures equipment and materials are used efficiently to meet customer requirements while achieving company goals on schedule and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, develop and stabilise low, medium and high production levels.
• Implement production changes based on forecasts, requirements and inventory data.
• Monitor finished‑goods and raw‑material inventories.
• Supervise daily production results and report variances.
• Review and update floor inventories in coordination with production supervisors.
• Lead and support team members to enhance the quality system.
• Communicate process effectiveness and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Maintain tools and equipment in clean, safe condition.
• Participate in continuous‑improvement projects and follow up on quality‑system corrective actions.

Required profile

• Professional degree (scholarship).
• Minimum two years of experience in production planning and inventory control.
• Strong teamwork, verbal and written communication, and leadership abilities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Required skills

• Use and management of E1 system.
• Use and management of MP8 for systems and maintenance.
• Use and management of QMS (Quality Management System).
