About the role

Miss Karly Academy is seeking a full‑time remote Professor of English to deliver its innovative cognitive methodology, EXPRESS YOURSELF by Karly®. The role focuses on helping Latino professionals think and speak English fluently by rewiring brain patterns rather than relying on traditional grammar drills.

Key responsibilities

• Teach English to adult learners in a virtual classroom setting.
• Design and deliver engaging curriculum plans aligned with the cognitive methodology.
• Mentor students, building confidence and encouraging active participation.
• Incorporate Miss Karly Academy’s neuroscience‑based approach into daily lessons.
• Monitor and analyze student progress, providing feedback and adjustments as needed.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine learning materials and teaching strategies.

Required profile

• Strong experience in English teaching and modern teaching methodology.
• Proficiency in curriculum development for adult and professional learners.
• Solid knowledge of English literature and related fields.
• Ability to inspire learning and build confidence in students.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience with cognitive teaching approaches is a plus.
• Master’s degree or higher in English, Literature, Education, or a related discipline.
