Program Coordinator

About the role

The Program Coordinator at WorldStrides bridges the Sales and Product Delivery teams to create and manage custom educational travel itineraries. Working independently, you will translate client academic goals into detailed, market‑ready tour proposals while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop ad‑hoc custom itineraries for K‑12 and other divisions, handling requests that fall outside standard programs.
• Research and source new on‑tour experiences, providing suppliers and quote information to Operations.
• Answer pricing and itinerary questions, supporting Sales in submitting comprehensive requests to the pricing team.
• Collaborate with Health & Safety and Operations to resolve concerns and ensure compliance.
• Assist Sales with itinerary changes, destination information, and special requests using global destination knowledge.
• Act as liaison between Product Delivery and Sales, upholding internal business rules and product standards.
• Improve operational efficiency by leveraging system knowledge and developing new internal processes.
• Maintain internal systems, prepare data analysis, status updates, and reports for managers.
• Support additional projects, including group management, pricing, or business analysis as assigned.
