Program Manager – Demand & Supply

About the role

The Program Manager will lead forecasting and ordering capacity for new product introduction programs, ensuring accurate demand planning across cloud, mass market, enterprise and infrastructure segments. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage forecasting and ordering capacity for NPI programs.
• Analyze and report cycle‑over‑cycle demand changes for cloud, mass market, enterprise and infrastructure customers.
• Build and improve reporting sources and dashboards.
• Conduct demand & supply hygiene, develop mitigation roadmaps and implement solutions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to update critical customer demand information.
• Support demand workstreams, driving process and system improvements.
• Track program milestones, timelines and overall deliverables.
• Leverage metrics and KPIs to continuously enhance demand & supply management.

Required profile

• Ambitious, proactive team player with a strong work ethic.
• Excellent communication and project‑management abilities.
• Degree in supply‑chain management, business, industrial or mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience collaborating with project‑management teams, resolving conflicts and meeting schedule deadlines.
• Proven experience collecting and validating data from multiple sources for a comprehensive view.
• Familiarity with demand planning, forecasting, ordering or capacity‑planning processes.

Required skills

• Highly proficient with Google Sheets.
• Strong SQL knowledge.
• Scripting abilities (e.g., Python, Bash).
• Advanced data‑analysis capabilities.
