Program/Project Management Lead

About the role

We are seeking a Program/Project Management Lead to drive IT‑focused initiatives within a capital‑markets environment in Mexico City. The role is hybrid, combining on‑site collaboration with remote work, and will partner closely with product owners, business analysts, and technical teams to deliver high‑impact projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Owner to refine and clarify project requirements.
• Plan, track, and manage project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues early, define mitigation actions, and ensure timely resolution.
• Oversee execution of IT projects, guaranteeing alignment with business objectives and regulatory constraints.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across business and technical domains.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in capital‑markets or treasury environments.
• Proven track record in IT project tracking and management.
• Solid understanding of fixed‑income financial products and trading processes.
• Familiarity with pre‑deal processes is a plus.
