Project Administration Consultant

About the role

EPAM is looking for a Project Administration Consultant to shape and drive project strategy, coordinate staffing, governance and stakeholder communication, and ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery for its clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design project strategy aligned with current requirements and future user needs.
• Coordinate staffing, internal teams, external resources and vendors.
• Deliver projects against agreed scope, value, processes, technology tools and change management.
• Challenge teams and propose adjustments to protect timelines, cost targets and scope.
• Facilitate communication across workstreams, align dependencies and remove blockers.
• Report progress, decisions and risks to sponsors, executive committees and senior leaders.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project budget and coordinate vendors when applicable.
• Build and maintain work plans, critical paths and scenario‑based planning.
• Provide status reports, risk updates and impediment tracking to the PMO.
• Ensure investment aligns with approved benefits and business case.
• Support definition of deliverables and track changes according to methodology.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in project administration or coordination.
• At least 2 years providing consultancy and advising stakeholders on delivery decisions.
• Proven stakeholder leadership skills to align sponsors, executive committees and senior leaders.
• Experience managing scope, schedule, cost and change control.
• Strong planning ability to build work plans and critical paths.
• Budget management experience to track investment versus benefit.
• Vendor management experience when external providers are involved.
• Risk management skills to identify and mitigate risks early.
• Excellent communication skills for workstream collaboration and escalation.
• High attention to detail and English proficiency at B2 level.
