Project Contract Manager Junior

About the role

Alstom is seeking a Junior Project Contract Manager to join its Mexico City team. You will apply your contract‑reviewing expertise to support high‑speed rail, metro and other transport projects, working closely with legal, finance, procurement and project management colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate contracts in line with company policies and objectives.
• Advise project teams on contractual risks, obligations and compliance requirements.
• Support dispute resolution and claims management processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to provide legal insights and risk mitigation strategies.
• Identify opportunities, prepare robust cases and monitor contract performance.
• Maintain and update all contractual documentation and contract‑management tools.
• Ensure administrative documentation is delivered within required deadlines.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Business Administration or a related field.
• Understanding of contract negotiation, drafting and reviewing.
• Knowledge of legal principles, risk management and compliance practices.
• Familiarity with international contract standards and frameworks.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental and ethics policies.
