Project Coordinator – Engineering Services (Mexico City)

About the role

ETAP is seeking a bilingual Project Coordinator to support its Engineering Services team in Mexico City. Working closely with the Director of Engineering Services, you will help manage energy infrastructure projects across North and Latin America, ensuring smooth execution and high‑quality deliverables.

Key responsibilities

• Track and coordinate project execution status, schedules, and invoicing across the Americas.
• Support pre‑sales and post‑sales documentation, including RFP preparation and purchase order processing.
• Audit project data in JIRA to verify accuracy and compliance with engineering quality standards.
• Monitor ISO 9001 quality requirements, detect deviations, and assist with audits.
• Generate financial and resource reports such as project margin analysis, procurement, budgeting, and cost closure.
• Facilitate project logistics, including meetings, minutes, action items, and cross‑team follow‑up.
• Create and maintain project repositories to ensure deliverables meet quality standards from proposal to close.
• Leverage AI productivity tools, JIRA, and Power BI to build and improve operational reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher) and strong bilingual communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive follow‑up abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adopt project‑management and AI productivity tools.
