Project Coordinator / Scrum Master

About the role

OP is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator who will also act as a Scrum Master to support delivery across multiple technology teams. You will drive coordination, track progress, and ensure smooth Agile ceremonies while bridging stakeholders, product owners, and engineering leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day project activities, timelines, and deliverables across several workstreams.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming.
• Maintain project plans, status reports, and dashboards using Jira and Confluence.
• Monitor sprint metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) and flag risks, blockers, and dependencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, engineering teams, and stakeholders to clarify priorities.
• Assist with resource scheduling, documentation, meeting notes, and action‑item follow‑up.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives and support basic technical discussions.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator, Scrum Master, or similar role.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and delivery lifecycle.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder communication and expectations.
• Detail‑oriented, execution‑focused, and comfortable in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
