Project Engineer

About the role
The Project Engineer will lead engineering projects for new plant installations and modifications of existing facilities at our Apodaca site. You will manage the full project lifecycle, from supplier selection through commissioning, while driving process optimization and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute engineering projects, ensuring on‑time delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams, including suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Implement process improvements and Lean/Six Sigma initiatives.
- Control project cost, scope, and schedule.
- Conduct risk analysis and resolve technical issues.
- Manage supplier and customer relationships throughout the project.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of process engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Fluent English.
- Proven track record of measurable achievements in project delivery.
