Project Manager – Business Initiatives

About the role

We are seeking an experienced non‑IT Project Manager to lead high‑impact business initiatives that support our growth strategy and strengthen our position in key global markets. You will work at the centre of business transformation, partnering with leaders across Commercial, Supply Chain, Product Development, and Continuous Improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan, monitor and execute cross‑functional internal projects from initiation through completion.
• Provide project expertise and best‑practice guidance across ABS, supporting teams with varying PM maturity.
• Develop, refine and implement project‑management toolkits, standards and methodologies for the Project Management Centre of Excellence.
• Drive transformational projects across commercial operations, supply chain and continuous improvement.
• Monitor performance, manage risks and recommend schedule, resource and cost adjustments.
• Report progress, resolve issues and build strong relationships with global teams.
• Manage up to five concurrent projects while aligning diverse stakeholders.
• Mentor colleagues with less project experience and champion change‑management efforts.

Required profile

• Demonstrable experience managing business (non‑IT) projects.
• Progressive project‑management experience (formal PM background not required).
• Consistent use of tools to drive adoption of best practices and PM tooling, including augmented tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives across commercial, supply‑chain or related areas.
• Strong stakeholder‑influence skills, especially where initial alignment is low.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver measurable results.

What we offer

• Competitive salary range of $110,000 – $130,000 USD per year.
