Project Manager I

About the role

Bosch is looking for a Project Manager I to lead cross‑functional projects from concept to delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring projects meet cost, schedule, and technical performance targets while maintaining the overall development budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the project team to achieve cost, timing, and performance goals.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and senior management.
• Support sales and acquisition teams during the quotation phase.
• Organise project kick‑off meetings and develop the Project Management Plan.
• Prepare and present QGC revisions and status reports.
• Manage configuration documentation and conduct regular risk assessments.
• Handle internal and external escalations and resolve conflicts.
• Control project budget and oversee change management processes.
• Estimate resource effort, plan allocations, and track progress using project tracking tools.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of project management experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Proven leadership skills in a cross‑functional environment.
• Ability to make final decisions when disagreements arise.

Required skills

• MS Project (or similar project planning software).
• Microsoft Office suite.
• Project tracking tools.
