Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, self‑driven Project Manager to lead technical projects and new product introductions across our manufacturing portfolio. The role combines hands‑on project execution with strategic input to enhance product lines and support cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, execute, monitor, control and close projects from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize product requirements based on market needs.
• Work closely with development and engineering teams to ensure timely launch of new products (NPI) and business transfers.
• Drive cross‑functional collaboration, providing regular status updates to internal and external partners.
• Identify challenges early and develop creative solutions to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Project or Product Management or related field.
• Hands‑on experience in technical project management, new product launches and product management.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams and communicate with customers.
• Strong understanding of business and financial accountability.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Injection molding and assembly processes.
• Product development process knowledge.
• Automotive standards (IATF 16949, AIAG).
• Project management and collaboration tools.
• PMP certification (preferred).
