Project Manager

About the role

E80 Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate intralogistics projects from budgeting through plant testing at the customer site. You will ensure projects meet quality, cost, and schedule targets while acting as the main liaison between internal teams and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor execution of activities to meet contractual quality, economic and temporal objectives.
• Serve as the primary interface for internal project teams and external customers.
• Collaborate with all company departments to align processes with the quality system.
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and manage change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechatronics, Management, Electronics or Computer Science.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Manager.
• Strong knowledge of advanced information systems, ERP and Business Intelligence.
• Familiarity with tools and methodologies for business process analysis.
• Excellent English; additional language (Italian or Portuguese) is a plus.
• Organizational, customer‑relationship and time & cost management abilities.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
