Project Manager – Large Scale Projects

About the role

Doka USA is seeking a Project Manager to lead large‑scale formwork projects across the United States. This fully remote position is responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards while ensuring low risk and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project objectives and deliver results within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Apply Doka’s project management standards and methods.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, jobsite personnel, and internal departments.
• Prepare project calculations using DokaCalc and develop project agreements.
• Select and coordinate project team members with line managers.
• Distribute work packages, monitor progress, and manage risks, claims, and contracts.
• Produce status reports, conduct controlling meetings, and update schedules regularly.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and motivate the team to meet objectives.

Required profile

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, construction management, or project management (preferred).
• At least 3 years of experience in project management, preferably with Doka or similar formwork solutions.
• Proven ability to schedule projects to meet deadlines.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
