Project Manager Level 1 – Interior Design

About the role

Ohana Design Services is seeking a Project Manager Level 1 to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of luxury residential interior design projects. The role blends design expertise with strong project management to ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and the Vice President of Development to define project scope and secure design agreements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, monitor deliverables, and enforce internal deadlines.
• Produce and review interior architecture documentation, including AutoCAD and Revit drawings, space‑planning, and construction set redlines.
• Coordinate with designers, architects, and construction teams, managing information flow and sample logistics.
• Document design processes, prepare presentation materials, and file project data per departmental standards.
• Conduct site visits, verify compliance with design intent, and report findings.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience managing luxury residential interior design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
