Project Manager – Operations

About the role

We are looking for a highly organised, driven Project Manager to join our Operations team. You will lead projects from initiation through implementation and close‑out, ensuring they deliver measurable business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage projects end‑to‑end, monitoring scope, budget and timelines.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate progress, risks and dependencies to stakeholders.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers, leading cross‑functional teams.
• Analyse business processes, create documentation such as scope statements, process maps, workflow diagrams and test plans.
• Identify project risks, implement mitigation strategies and maintain quality across deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, change logs and dashboards for management review.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is advantageous.
• 3–5 years of experience managing projects end‑to‑end.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in fast‑paced operational, commercial or services environments.
