Project Manager – Remote (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Project Manager to serve as the operational backbone of a fast‑moving creative team. The role is fully remote for candidates based in LATAM and aligns with New York Eastern Time.

Key responsibilities

• Produce a daily one‑page brief outlining tasks, deadlines, owners, and relevant links.
• Track task progress throughout the day and surface blockers before they become problems.
• Act as the liaison between management and the team, collecting completed work, communicating feedback, and updating schedules in real time.
• Maintain the company’s file systems, including version control, folder structure, and operational documentation.
• Ensure deliverables are completed on time, flagging delays early with context and proposed solutions.
• Participate in client meetings when needed, representing the team professionally.

Required profile

• 5–6 years of project management experience, preferably in a startup or agency environment.
• Proficient with Notion and Slack; comfortable using AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT.
• Excellent written and verbal English, confident in client‑facing settings.
• Proactive, accountable, and able to thrive under high‑stakes, limited‑hand‑holding conditions.
