Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Executive (Beauty & Lifestyle)

About the role

The Public Relations & Influencer Marketing Executive will support the creation and execution of PR and influencer strategies for beauty and lifestyle clients. You will act as a bridge between brands, media, and creators, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and generate measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing PR and influencer marketing plans for beauty & lifestyle brands.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, influencers, talent managers, and other key stakeholders.
• Draft press releases, media alerts, pitches, briefs, talking points, and campaign reports.
• Identify media and influencer opportunities that align with client objectives.
• Coordinate influencer campaigns from outreach and negotiation through content approval and final reporting.
• Manage product seeding, gifting, media mailers, and event invitations.
• Support the organization of product launches, press days, brand events, and influencer experiences.
• Monitor media coverage and influencer content, producing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct market research, trend analysis, and competitive benchmarking to uncover communication opportunities.
• Maintain up‑to‑date media, influencer, and stakeholder databases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Journalism or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in public relations and/or influencer marketing.
• Previous experience with beauty, skincare, cosmetics, fashion, lifestyle, luxury or consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of the media landscape, influencer ecosystem and digital trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
