Publisher Solutions Engineer – APAC

About the role

Enroute is seeking a Publisher Solutions Engineer for the APAC region to support, troubleshoot, and optimise publisher integrations within an AdTech environment. The role blends technical problem‑solving with client‑facing communication, ensuring high‑quality ad delivery and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Support and optimise publisher‑side integrations across websites, ad placements and monetisation workflows.
• Troubleshoot ad rendering, tracking, latency, fill‑rate, bid and reporting issues using browser developer tools.
• Collaborate with publishers, internal technical teams, QA and operations to improve integration quality and client satisfaction.
• Inspect network traffic, scripts, APIs and SDKs to identify root causes and guide corrective actions.
• Document findings and provide clear, actionable recommendations to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS and SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with Chrome DevTools or similar browser developer tools.
• Experience with publisher‑side AdTech workflows and programmatic advertising concepts.
• Ability to analyse data discrepancies and performance problems without being a full‑time developer.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical issues into practical next steps.
