Quality Assurance Analyst

About the role

Relish is seeking a meticulous Quality Assurance Analyst to join its QA team. You will work on cutting‑edge cloud‑based solutions that address Accounts Payable and Procurement challenges for multinational clients.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and design comprehensive test plans, test cases, and related artifacts.
• Partner with Product Owners to align test strategies with product goals and user needs.
• Collaborate with QA Automation Engineers to define effective testing approaches.
• Execute manual and automated test cases, analyze results, and log defects.
• Work closely with developers to ensure timely defect resolution.
• Perform post‑release and post‑implementation testing.
• Maintain test documentation and continuously improve QA processes using KPI data.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Azure DevOps for test planning, execution, and tracking.
• Proficiency in Azure Boards for test case management and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Appium.
