Quality Inspector

About the role

Join a leading global medical technology company as a Quality Inspector. You will ensure that manufactured medical devices meet strict quality and regulatory standards through systematic inspection and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Follow established quality inspection plans and sampling methods (AQL).
• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on a variety of products.
• Report non‑conformities to the Quality Assurance Supervisor and track corrective actions.
• Determine product acceptance and generate accurate inspection reports.
• Record inspection results according to product and process requirements.
• Identify and report external conditions affecting the inspection area.
• Organize and maintain quality records and data capture.
• Monitor compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and report violations.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Completed secondary education.
• At least 6 months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with inspection techniques and basic mathematics.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of quality control tools such as optical comparators, tensile testers, Microvu systems, spring testers, and calipers.
• Understanding of AQL sampling plans.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal and organizational skills, problem‑solving ability, and good communication.
