Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)

Tesla is expanding its Recruiting Mexico Team and seeks a dynamic, bilingual recruiter to partner with business leaders and hiring managers. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and assessing top talent while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define talent needs and recommend hiring strategies.
• Manage time and resources efficiently, keeping stakeholders informed throughout the recruitment process.
• Conduct behavioral interviews and phone screens to evaluate technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Ensure a positive, memorable experience for every candidate.

Required profile

• Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience with demonstrated ability.
• Proven recruiting experience in corporate or agency settings, including relationship management with hiring teams.
• Experience sourcing and assessing talent across multiple disciplines.
• Project‑management experience is a plus.
• Strong computer proficiency.
