Recruiter – Full‑cycle Talent Acquisition (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of client openings. This remote position involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with leadership and hiring managers to define required skill competencies and job specifications.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, Boolean search, and social media platforms.
• Conduct in‑person or virtual interviews, assess soft and technical skills, and evaluate overall fit.
• Present qualified candidates for contract, contract‑to‑hire, and direct‑hire opportunities.
• Negotiate compensation, manage candidate expectations, and guide candidates through the hiring process.
• Track recruiting metrics such as submissions, interviews, placements, and time‑to‑fill.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of full‑cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency, consulting, or professional services environment.
• Proven success filling professional, administrative, finance, operations, healthcare, and light‑industrial roles.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously while maintaining quality.
