Recruiter – Talent Acquisition

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Recruiter to support our hiring efforts across Mexico. You will play a key role in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, ensuring a smooth and positive recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring teams.

Key responsibilities

• Source and identify candidates through job boards, social platforms, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment updates.
• Post job openings and manage recruitment platforms.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support onboarding and hiring documentation processes.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional and proactive mindset, capable of working both independently and within a team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and recruitment tools.
