Recruiting Coordinator

About the role

Amplify People is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join its remote team in Mexico. This junior‑level position is designed for candidates who want to launch a career in talent acquisition and gain hands‑on experience with modern recruiting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other job boards.
• Conduct outreach to prospective talent, generate interest and build pipelines.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in Zoho, JazzHR and related systems.
• Support the recruiting team with administrative tasks and candidate communication.

Required profile

• Junior‑level professional eager to break into recruiting or grow early‑career experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working remotely and collaborating with a distributed team.
