Recruiting Operations Coordinator

About the role

STAND 8 is looking for a Recruiting Operations Coordinator to support hiring initiatives across the U.S., Mexico, and India. You will improve recruiting visibility, reporting, and coordination while tracking requisitions, candidate pipelines, and operational data.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting workflows and hiring activities across multiple regions.
• Track requisitions, candidate pipelines, and recruiting progress.
• Build and maintain recruiting reports and operational dashboards.
• Deliver weekly and monthly recruiting insights to leadership.
• Maintain accurate data across ATS, CRM, and reporting systems.
• Support process improvements, data cleanup, and operational consistency.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment and execution.

Required profile

• Experience in recruiting coordination, operations, analytics, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Preferred experience supporting teams in the U.S., Mexico, and India.
• Familiarity with recruiting metrics and funnel reporting.
• Background in staffing, recruiting operations, or high‑volume hiring.
• Recent graduates with strong analytical aptitude are encouraged to apply.
