Regional Business Manager – Mexico

About the role

The premium European sustainable sneaker brand seeks a Regional Business Manager to drive growth and commercial development across Mexico. Reporting to the North America CEO, you will lead both retail and wholesale operations, shaping the brand’s market presence and building high‑value partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for the Mexican market.
• Expand wholesale and retail channels, including new store openings.
• Develop and nurture relationships with distributors, retailers, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities and monitor market trends.
• Manage sales performance, profitability, budgets and P&L.
• Oversee inventory, regulatory compliance and distribution efficiency.
• Lead, coach and grow a high‑performing local team.
• Act as the brand ambassador, strengthening cultural relevance and awareness.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years in commercial, country or regional leadership roles within fashion, footwear or lifestyle brands.
• Proven success managing multi‑channel retail and wholesale operations.
• Strong network in the Mexican retail, department‑store and footwear ecosystem.
• Strategic, entrepreneurial and analytical mindset with a focus on execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in business management, merchandising or a related field.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; French is a plus.
• Willingness to travel 30‑40% domestically and internationally.
