Regional HR Manager – Bajío Region

About the role

We are seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead the human resources agenda across the Bajío region of Mexico. The role connects business strategy with people solutions, ensuring a consistent and high‑quality employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Implement national HR strategies, policies and programs while adapting them to regional needs.
• Partner with regional leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, succession readiness and staffing.
• Lead end‑to‑end HR processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, internal mobility, performance management, development planning, succession and off‑boarding.
• Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law, internal policies and ethical standards; manage employee‑relations cases and investigations.
• Drive consistent implementation of Talent & Culture programs, including post‑acquisition integrations.
• Support leaders in identifying development needs and delivering targeted training.
• Collaborate with Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations to guarantee payroll accuracy, benefits administration and data integrity.
• Monitor and improve HR KPIs such as turnover, time‑to‑fill, engagement and absenteeism.
• Lead engagement initiatives and deploy DEI & wellbeing strategies aligned with global priorities.
• Facilitate change‑management projects and organizational transformations, including integration of new entities.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Solid knowledge of Mexican labor law.
• Experience in talent development, organizational design and change management.
• Analytical mindset with a results‑driven approach.
• Availability to operate across the Bajío / Central‑Southeast region.
