Regional OpEx Engineer III – Lean Manufacturing Leader

About the role

The Regional OpEx Engineer III will lead the deployment of the MOEN OPEX strategy across multiple sites, driving continuous improvement through lean tools and methodologies. This senior position partners with plant leadership to elevate 3Q6S performance, improve factory margins, and enhance safety and employee engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate the rollout of the MOEN OPEX strategy and NEX‑5 3Q6S deployment across the region.
• Support official 3Q6S audits, self‑assessments and gap‑closing initiatives.
• Guide plant lean strategies, monitor execution, and align with the Strategic Business Plan.
• Assist plant managers in designing Daily Management Systems and organizational structures.
• Mentor talent, lead Kaizen events, workshops, and benchmarking projects.
• Develop and deliver training materials on lean tools and track key performance metrics.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, or lean manufacturing.
• Degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering or a related field.
• Proven ability to influence at all organizational levels and travel up to 50% within the Americas.
• Advanced English communication skills.

Required skills

• Lean Manufacturing tools: Value Stream Mapping, Setup Reduction, 6S+, TPM, Problem Solving, Lean Material Flow, Daily Management System.
• Facilitation of Kaizen events and lean workshops.
• Six Sigma Green Belt (preferred) and project‑management certification (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Visio; intermediate Microsoft Project; AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret operational data and generate recommendations.
