Regional Sales Execution Manager – Puebla

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Sales Execution Manager to lead P&G’s in‑store execution across the state of Puebla. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on field leadership, ensuring our brands achieve top visibility and sales performance at the point of purchase.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end in‑store execution strategy for P&G in Puebla, driving merchandising, planogram compliance, promotional activation and brand visibility.
• Act as the primary strategic partner for the Key Account Manager of a major regional retail chain, building strong relationships with operative managers and stakeholders.
• Influence decision‑makers to position P&G as the preferred and best‑executed supplier within the assigned retail network.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of field sales representatives, providing coaching, performance feedback and career development.
• Analyse competitive retail landscape, shopper behaviour and market dynamics to create actionable strategies that maximise sales fundamentals.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• 40‑hour work week, start date as soon as possible.
• Proven ability to manage teams in a field‑sales environment is a plus.
