Regional Trainer (Mexico)

About the role

Rare Beauty is seeking a Regional Trainer for Mexico to act as a brand ambassador and education leader. The trainer will travel across the territory, delivering in‑depth product knowledge, advanced makeup application techniques, and sales coaching to field teams, Sephora advisors, and online audiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the VP of Education, Director of Global Artistry, and Senior Director of Sales to identify training needs.
• Serve as a liaison between field‑team leadership and account executives, monitoring business performance and supporting events.
• Design and deliver comprehensive training programs covering brand DNA, product details, and advanced application methods.
• Support retail partner training sessions and create ongoing education materials.
• Participate in community and special events alongside field teams.
• Maintain clear communication with cross‑functional partners and attend all required brand trainings.
• Produce brand‑focused social content that reinforces training messages and product launches.
