About the role

We are seeking a Registered General Nurse to provide high‑quality care to our patients and support their speedy recovery. The role involves direct patient care, education, and collaboration with the clinical team in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor patients' conditions, assess needs, and communicate observations to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing staff to develop individualized care plans.
• Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure measurement, injection administration, and medication adjustments.
• Maintain accurate patient charts and documentation.
• Ensure hygiene and safety by decontaminating equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and preparing beds.
• Provide immediate medical care in emergencies and assist surgeons during operations.
• Supervise and train LPNs and nursing assistants.
• Promote a compassionate environment for patients and families.
• Participate in educational workshops and conferences to expand clinical knowledge.

Required profile

• Responsible, well‑trained professional capable of delivering excellent nursing care with minimal supervision.
• Compassionate, cool‑tempered, and able to follow health‑ and safety guidelines consistently.
