Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (Full-time)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. The position offers full‑time employment with a three‑year renewable contract, TN visa sponsorship, and assistance with relocation and housing. You will care for a predominantly geriatric, Spanish‑ and English‑speaking population.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate charting and incident reports.
• Follow company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Document changes in patients' conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin issues, and weight loss.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Notify relevant departments of room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English.

• RN licensure.
