Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (Full-time, New Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position offers a three‑year renewable contract, TN visa sponsorship, and comprehensive relocation support for eligible international nurses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in accordance with physician orders, center policies, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate charting, incident reporting, and documentation of patient condition changes.
• Handle narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction according to company procedures.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to assess, place, and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Communicate patient room changes, admissions, discharges, and leaves of absence to relevant departments.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Valid RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.
• Proficient in English.
