Registered Nurse – TN Visa Sponsorship (US)

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our skilled nursing center in Taos, New Mexico. This full‑time position is sponsored for a TN visa, offering a guaranteed stay of up to three years with the possibility of renewal. The role supports a largely geriatric, bilingual (Spanish/English) patient population in a long‑term care setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the scope of practice, following physician orders and center policies.
• Document patient conditions, including nutrition, infections, skin integrity, and weight changes.
• Follow established procedures for charting, incident reporting, narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Utilize the Quality Life Manual to place and monitor patients in appropriate programs.
• Communicate patient room changes, admissions, discharges, and leave of absence to relevant departments.
• Participate in physician rounds when required.

Required profile

• Current RN license in your home country.
• Graduated from an accredited nursing program.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Willingness to work in a geriatric, bilingual environment.
