About the role
This is a full‑time remote position supporting two founders of an early‑stage healthcare and consumer startup. The role blends high‑trust executive assistance with hands‑on market research to keep the founders focused on high‑leverage activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage both founders' inboxes and calendars across multiple time zones, resolve scheduling conflicts, and coordinate meetings.
- Arrange travel, process expenses, reimbursements, and handle vendor invoices.
- Maintain shared documentation, track expenses, and keep research pipelines organized.
- Build and maintain research spreadsheets, source verified contact data, and queue outreach campaigns.
- Utilize AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) for research, drafting, and data enrichment tasks.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of executive assistant or executive support experience for founders or C‑level leaders in a remote setting.
- Strong proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage large contact or research databases.
- Excellent written and verbal English (C1+ CEFR).
- Self‑starter who can switch fluidly between administrative duties and research work.
