Remote Chief of Staff / Executive Integrator

About the role

We are a fast‑growing Amazon growth agency seeking a remote Chief of Staff / Executive Integrator to serve as the CEO’s right hand. You will translate vision into actionable plans, oversee multiple projects, and keep day‑to‑day operations running smoothly in a fast‑paced entrepreneurial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the CEO’s ideas into structured project plans with clear timelines and deliverables.
• Manage and coordinate multiple cross‑functional projects, contractors, and vendors.
• Build and maintain systems, SOPs, and automations to support scalability.
• Oversee CRM and marketing automation tools, track KPIs, and report on performance.
• Handle the CEO’s calendar, inbox, travel arrangements, and communications.
• Prepare research, presentations, reports, and documents for key decisions.
• Manage the CEO’s social media calendar and support personal‑brand initiatives such as podcasts, speaking engagements, and YouTube.

• Tech‑savvy with familiarity in modern tools and AI.

What we offer

• Compensation ranging from $40,000 to $70,000 per year.
• Flexible working hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST).
• Fully remote work arrangement.
