Remote Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking seasonal Remote Customer Support Representatives to join our fast‑paced eCommerce support team during the peak season. The role is fully remote for candidates located in Mexico and requires fluent English communication across phone, chat, email and SMS channels.

Key responsibilities

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat, email and SMS.
• Assist customers with purchase‑related questions, order status and support.
• Follow up on pending or unresolved interactions to ensure timely resolution.
• Document all customer contacts and updates accurately in the system.
• Provide friendly, professional and solution‑focused assistance.
• Build positive relationships through clear and courteous communication.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service or call‑center environments.
• Strong written and verbal English skills with excellent grammar.
• Ability to multitask across multiple systems and tabs.
• Basic computer proficiency, typing speed of at least 30 WPM.
• Positive attitude, reliable work ethic and problem‑solving mindset.

Required skills

• Windows 11 operating system.
• Microsoft Teams and Office 365 applications.

What we offer

• Paid training (one week) followed by a week of supported on‑the‑job experience.
• Compensation of $5.50 USD per hour, paid weekly.
• Independent contractor arrangement with full remote flexibility.
